Hello, this is Shambhu Chatterjee from Serampore, Hooghly district, a person with vision impairment. I wanted to ask whether now it is true that one no longer needs to visit a hospital for railway concessions? Can someone with a UDID card apply for the railway concession directly online? Secondly, earlier the Child Social Welfare Department used to issue a booklet-type card—will that card no longer be valid? That card used to include the ASCOT allowance, but the UDID card does not.
