For this need 300grm cat fish , salt ,jeera, coriander powder 2 spoon, black cardamom, mustard oil, corinder leaves ,green chilly paste and red chilly powder and arugula . first wash fish properly and marinate with salt and turmeric , after half an hour sallow fry it. Keep another vessel on stove heat some oil in that , then add black carom seed after that add gourd and fry it, then add green chilly paste and turmeric, after it cook properly then add fried fish and some water and keep it for boiled , for thick gravy add some corn flour before 5 min of ready .
