Gitanjali jani from Raikhol ,khajuripada, kandhmal saying about bamboo shoot curry. First collect some bamboo shoot and cut it properly , after wash stay those for 2 days . Then put one vessel on stove , put oil for heat add cumin ,onion and fry it then add mustards paste ,salt, turmeric and red chilies , mix all the ingredients and put some water for boiling then add bamboo shoot and tomato and keep it for steaming for 20 minutes .
