Deepak kumar paraseth from Malipada ,Tumudibandha ,kandhamal saying about one local tubers called Pita kanda. They collect it from forest and wash that, after washing they steamed it . Bitter taste of tuber reduce after steaming they consume it and this tuber very benefited for them like it helpful for worm, sugar and keep stomach healthy.
