Manjunath pattanaik from Raikhol ,khajuripada, kandhmaal saying about banana stem. First cut this stem properly and boiled in water. Put on vessel on stove put some oil, spices, onion, ginger garlic paste and keep frying then add steamed stem after that add tomato and cook it.
