Sradhanjali Jani is from Raikhol village, Nirdi sahi, Itipada go of Khajuripada block, Kandhamal district. She is saying on how to make green pea potato curry. At first remove the peels of green peas, boil some potato and remove the peels. Put a kadhai on fire, and add some oil to it. Adding onion, , masala powder, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, stire fry it well. Now add the peas and boiled potato into that mixture and fry for few minutes. The Curry is ready to serve.
