Sakambari Jani Is from Raikhol village of Khajuripada block, Kandhamal district. She is explaining how to make bamboo shoot curry. At first we have to cut the shoots and keep in a bowl for 24hours . Then cleansing it well put those in another bowl by quizing it. Put a kadhai on fire, add oil, on heating of oil add cumin, mustard, chopped green chillis to it. Fry it well and then add the bamboo shoots and fry for few minutes. Now add some salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder , cumin powder to it and cook it for 20 minutes. The Curry is ready now.
