We need fish head, 3 eggs, turmeric powder, salt, oil, garlic paste, ginger paste, onion paste, coriander powder and coriander. Put pan on stove and put oil kn it, then saute fish heads on this until it's cooked. Then transfer the fish heads to another plate and put bay leaf, ginger, garlic and onion paste and turmeric powder on that same pan in which first saute the fish. After few minutes add chili paste and tomato paste. Then add little water on that and mix well. Then add prepared fish heads on that masala and mix well. Then add salt as per taste and mix well. Then put eggs on that, mix well. Then stir for some times. After few minutes remove the pan from stove and put some coriander leaves.
