Sradhanjali Jani from Raikhol village, Dutipada Panchayat, khajuripada block, kandhamal, saying about the recipe of Bottom Mushroom curry. Wash the mushrooms properly then cut into pieces. Then saute these in oil. Then put another pan on stove and put there oil, onion, green chilies, turmeric powder, salt, masalas and saute these for few minutes. Then add prepared mushrooms on this and mix well. Wait for few minutes. Make sure this will stirred in each 5 minutes. Then remove the pan and serve Curry.
