Sakambari Jani from Raikhol village, dutipada panchayat khajuripada block, kandhamal dist saying about Raw Jackfruit curry. Off the skin of jackfruit, then chop in to pieces and transfer them to a plate. Then boil them for 20 minutes. The put a pan on stove and put some oil, then add cumin seeds, chili and onion on that and stir nicely. Then put Mustard paste, then add salt and turmeric as per taste and stir. After stirring for sometimes add boiled jackfruit on the masala. Mix them well. Add little water and leave this for few minutes until this cooked properly. Removed the pan from stove, now the curry is ready.
