We can prepare the same as, have to bring Usuna rice half kilogram, whole wheat half kilogram, chickpeas 200 gram, cashews 100 gram, sugar half kilogram. Then fry all of them in a pan separately, remember no need to add oil. Then grind all of them also separately. Then clean all by the help of a strainer, and mix all of them. Transfer the prepared mixture in to a jar. Then feed children as per their requirements like 1 and half spoon for 10 month old kid, 4/5 spoons for 2 to 4 year old kid etc. This is very healthy and nutritious for kids. In villages we make this food by our own and feed children.
