Manjulita from Raikhol ,khauripada,kandhamal saying about recipe of spinach , First wash and cut spinach properly then steamed it for some time . In another some vessel put some pulses and potato in a cooker and steam that after it steamed out the cover and mix spinach leaves. Then put some oil in vessel add cumin, asafetida/hing, onion and cut ginger garlic ,fry it for some time ,then sizzle the dal with it.
