Normally Sabala Dried fishes are very salty, so wash and clean these fishes with sour water of watered rice. Transfer washed dried fishes in to a bowl and add there turmeric powder, chili powder, salt as per taste and masala powder, then mix them well. Put a tawa on stove and put some oil in to it. Then put those dried fishes and fry these for 10 to 15 minutes. It will roast after fry this for few minutes, then remove the tawa from stove and serve. This will be very tasty if you eat this with watered rice. This is the traditional food of villages.
