Jhunu Nayak from Raikhol saying about recipe of jackfruit mustard curry. Boul water, when it's started boiling add Chopped jackfruit in this water. Boil this for an hour. Then strain the water. Then make Mustard paste. Temper with onion, mustard paste, cumin etc. Then add boiled jackfruit and stir for few minutes. When it cooked properly remove the oan from stove.
