Jasmin Nayak from Raikhol saying about recipe for one green leafy veggies called kanta saga. Collect the leafy greens, wash it properly then chop. Boil for few minutes. Then make Besara paste of Mustard seeds. Make another paste with Cumin seeds, ginger and garlic. Saute these masala pastes for few minutes then add Kanta saga into this masala. Then add salt, chili as per taste. Mix them well and on the lid for few minutes until this cooked properly. Remove the pan fromstove and serve.
