Ruchika Mohapatra from Phulbani kandhmal saying about wheat khir recipe. Clean the wheats and wash them properly, grind them as it will break in two parts. Then again clean these with the help of dustpan. Then boil this in pressure cooker as 3 glass of water for 1 glass of wheat. Also add there salt. Leave this for 3 to 4 whistles. Ads 1 glass of milk and sugar as per taste and leave this until it's boiled properly for 10 to 15 minutes. Put another pan on stove, add there some oil, cumin seeds, bay leaves, cashew and raisins and coconut flakes. Temper this properly then add the same into the prepared khir. Now the wheat khir is ready. This taste very good.
