Nilima manigi from sekapadu, koraput saying about yogurt and egg plant recipe, locally called Dahi Baigana. We need Curd, egg plant, salt, turmeric powder, chili pow, cumin seeds etc. Chop egg plants and mix them with turmeric and salt. Take a pan put that on stove, heat some oil there. Then stir fry the egg plants, flip and fry both the sides. Relove the pan and keep aside. Take another bowl pour curds and mix then with water, make a mixture in thick consistency. Keep this aside. Fry cumin seeds without oil and grind them as powder. Sprinkle this powder in curd. Put another pan on stove and heat some oil, temper with some dried chilies etc. And put this tempering in the prepared curd. Then add prepared egg plants also. Now the dish is ready.
