Rani from Bandhugaon ,koraput saying about recipe for making rice kanji. Properly wash the veggies and chopped them off. Mix rice water, rice flour and turmeric powder in a vasel and boil this in simer. When it boiled add there chopped veggies and cook this for 5 to 10 minutes. When the veggies cooked properly remove the vasel from stove. On another pan on stove and heat some oil, then add there mustard seeds, little salt, dried chili, curry leaves and temper this and add there cooked rice water and veggies. Now the torani kanji is ready.
