Deepak kukmar paraseth from malipada, tumudibandha, kandhmal saying about recipe of bamboo meat in traditional way. Chop the meat as small pieces. Add salt, turmeric powder, oil, chili powder, ginger and garlic paste, masala powder in that chopped meat as required. And mix them well. Then put the meat mixture in a bamboo and cover this well. Burn this in fire for 30 to 60 minutes. Then remove the bamboo from fire and serve. This is very tasty.
