They collect then separate the millets from its straws by rubbing these. Then clean them with the helps of a dustpan. Then boil the cleaned millets and dry them under sun light. When it's properly dried grind them in Kutni. Clean them properly then cook them with water for few minutes then consume. This is beneficial for diabetes patients.
