Jimita paraseth from Malipada,tumudibandha,kandamal saying about process of making maize powder and recipe of it. First dry the maizes properly then boil them for few minutes. Then again dry the boiled maizes under sun light for 3 to 4 days. Then grind them with the help of hand grinder locally called Kutni. Then separate the unwanted grains from the ground maizes with the help of dustpan. Then mill them and make them powder. Then mix the same with warm water add there sugar and salt as required. Then you can consume this.
