Deepak Pradhan from partamaha panchayat of Daringbadi block of Kandhamal district saying about the bamboo shoot.He saying two types of bamboo shoot available in their areas one type they keep for presentation to drying. Water bamboo shoot and forest bamboo shoot,red and white in colour respectively.
