We collect it then wash it then cut piece by piece then we boiling the oil and put onion, garlic,chili t, turmeric,salt then put pakudi veggies. After cooking sometimes we put water and keeping some time then consume with food. By consuming it gain more nutrients, before people intake it more and staying healthy.
