Madan dami from ambagaon ,koraput saying about jackfruit which is grow in summer and saying about different style of consumption, preservation with local name. It's two types we taking it by help of knife and another own hand. One is water type another is hard. We consume both raw and ripping. In our Koraput people mostly taking by dries jackfruit also. We first taking it and dried sunlight then keep more last year whenever we want to taking it's. The jackfruit seed also taking which keeps stomach cool.
