Grievance : I am Sharanya from Kodaimalai union. I work in Classin needs India, Vagarai. They are not giving leave for voting day. Reply: I am Adv. George Marx. On the occassion of TN assembly election, TN Govt has passed order to give paid leave to all private and public sector workers. Based on that except for those who are on election duty has been given holiday. But many private concerns didnt give holiday to their workers to cast their votes. Some didnt give paid holiday. Legally its wrong. One such complaint we have received from Ottanchathiram area. Ambedkar union staffs spoke to the management and finally the company gave holiday to those who wants to cast their votes. I am Adv. George Marks from TLRF. This audio is to create an Awareness. Adi tamilar union has registered a legal issue in NK radio. TLRF has dealt with that case and won it. This audio is to create an awareness on that. Including many Engineering colleges students are joined in that name of free education. For such students under the scheme of Free higher education Govt is paying the fees to colleges. Not only that scholarship for SC ST BC students comes under this. No one is giving free education. While joining such colleges, original documents of students are taken from them. It is natural to collect documents like 10th, 12th marks sheet, TC, Caste certificate. For any reason if the student is not able to continue the education, the certificates are not given back to the student. If the student or the parents ask for the documents the college management will threaten them to pay full fees for the duration they have completed. Such one complaint came us through Madurai Adi tamilar union. When we investigated about this, 2 girls were joined to a college for 2 years course and their documents were collected. After 1 year due to family situation they were not able to continue their education. For this the college asked to pay 2years course fees and they made us run behind it for 2 years. When the issue came to us immediately we took the case to Madurai free legal aid and the case was investigated. Judge of legal aid said that collecting the original documents is wrong and passed order to surrender the original document. The very next day the documents were given by College principal. Colleges collecting such documents is illegal. Also collecting original documents in work place is also wrong. So if you have any such issue you can file a petition to that college and give another copy to concerned police station or education officer. Immediately your documents will be released.

I am Bhagyaselvi from Rangappan Nayakanpatti. I have 2 daughters Anadndi and Meena. I have applied for assistance fund for girl child. Its been 6 years that I gave the petition. I gave petition in the year 2015. Rakammal from Semmalar union visited me I told my request. She said lets go to free legal aid and give petition there. After doing that I got my bond.
I am Anandajothi from Bidathakulam. after 12th I have joined pre- nursing course. Due to family situation I couldnt continue my education. When we asked for certificate they asked us to pay Rs.10000. My father is a sanitation worker. I cant pay that money so we approached Adi tamilar union. Prema spoke to VP and mam. Again they said they will give certificate only after giving Rs.10000. Later as per the advice of Adv. George Marks we gave petition in dist legal board. Later Principle and me spoke in legal board and I got my certificate thank to Adv. George Marks and Prema.
I am calling from Vadathakulam. I have registered in welfare board for tailors. We didnt get rice, lentils etc. We got Rs.2000 credited in our account. It will be good if we have got rice and lentils. It will be good if Pongal gifts are given to us in corona time.
