She says Rs. 1000 given by Govt is not sufficient and it will be sufficient for 4 days. She says for food expenses alone she needs Rs.5000. But that wont be sufficient for medicine.

Interview With Murugesan - He is from Mangalam Dandapani puram. He is a cooley worker and get daily wages of Rs. 200 to 250. Due to corona virus his livelihood is badly affected and there are 5 people in his family. He says lock down is good but their livelihood is getting affected. He says Rs. 1000 and provisions given by Govt are not sufficient.

Nagarathianam Interview With Nandhini. She has come from Tirupur. Ahe works in Baniyan (Vests) company. Due to corona company is closed. There monthly expenses in Tirupur is Rs. 5000 to 6000 but after coming here she is struggling. She says Rs. 1000 announced by Govt is not sufficient. She requests everyone to follow lockdown and maintain social distancing. There are almost 200 migrant workers work in their company. They are at Tirupur. They are staying in Hostel. If they are coming out people are closing their shops thinking they might be affected with corona since they have visited their native.

R Natarajan from Marxist communist party has insisted Govt to recheck on the decision made to reduce the contribution of employers for ESI scheme. 2) Electricity board workers participated in protest at Thiruvarur Electrical Engineer's office to reconsider their Economic demands. 3) Insisting on wage hike and other demands, Rural development dept workers participated in protest under the leadership of CITU. As a result of it Govt has declared to give monthly wage from Rs. 2600 to 4000. And sanitary inspectors will get Rs. 3600. 4) Farmers are shocked with the announcement of renewing their gold loan before the end of March.
