I am Madhuraiveeran from Vagarai. Due to corona virus no one is able to go for work. I feel sad when people shares about their problem. They dont have money to buy milk too. Govt has announced to give Rs. 1000 but that is not sufficient. Everything has become costly. What will a person without ration card do? Govt should increase the money. It should give 5000-7000. Lockdown is for our safety. But people are struggling without work.
Interview With Velakanni - Velankanni is from Mangalankombu. She is a construction worker. She get Rs. 200 as wages. Due to corona she is not going for work. Govt has announced to give Rs. 1000 which is not sufficient. She feels it will be great if Govt gives some extra money. So far there is no corona risk in her village. No one is going out. If corona lockdown continues it will be difficult to manage. Prices of things has increased.
I am Nataraj from Ambedkar union. I heard Aditmailar union head Mutthurani's talk in Saadhanai pengal. She has shared wonderful thoughts. She was a normal cooley worker. Now from last 6 months she is a head in union. In this 6 months she met many people and conducted meetings, and events at village and helped many people to get Govt welfare schemes. Thats really good. She also shared that after joining union she learnt so many things. Her husband is giving full support in her work and she is ready to do anything for union. News read by Nataraj from Ambekar union. 1) As schedule 24th March weekly planning meeting should be cnducted but due to corona virus section 144 was implemented and weekly planning was not done. 2) Details of work done till 19th March: On 19th March branch incharge meeting was conducted at Thippampatti. Training for maintaining the documents were done. Incharges and general public attended the meeting. 3) On 20th March datas were collected in Thippampatti and Semmadaipatti. 5A and 5B documents were filled. 4) On 21st March datas were collected in Kapilipatti branch 5A and 5B documents were filled. 5) From 24th March due to Corona and section 144, we were unable to go to villages. But from telephone NK popularising work is happening. 6) From 19th to 25th March 223 people called and 14 people recorded in NK radio.

Safe Method of Coughing - Like cold, swine flu and TB even Corona is spreading through air. When a person coughs the virus will spread through air. To control it we should follow healthy way to cough. Cover your mouth with hankies o tissues while coughing. Dont cover your face with hands and cough. Because we touch our phone, doors, water bottle, taps with the same hand. The virus will spread in this way. Keep your face near your elbow and cover face with it and cough. This is the safe way to cough. we should be safe from getting affected with this virus and if we are getting infected, we should stop it from spreading it.
