I am Kalpana from Puthupathur. I know about LCC ICC. LCC Is local complaint committee and ICC means Internal Complaint committee. This team is formed for the safety of women. We were given information about this by Kodaimalai Ambedkar union on Pongal day. I am Shobana from Puthuputhur. Laws for women safety in work place has been passed i the year 2013. Under this act, ICC and LCC were formed. There are 5 members in this team. Dist collector is the head for this committee. Women association member, nurse will be other members of committee. We request for a toll free number like 100, 108 for women safety. We need such organisation for women safety.
