Online classes will not reach poor people. In our area we are facing power cuts and network issues. Many of students have smart phone and many dont know how to use smart phone. We dont have smart phone at home. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am Kalpana from Puthuputhur. Poor people like us cannot use online class. Please tell the Govt to make arrangement to study under some other scheme.
