On the day you go, take a form, fill it out, and attach your photo and other necessary documents. Please make sure that your signature or thumb impression is also provided wherever required. After submitting the form, it will be processed online. Once it’s done online, you will go to the Railway Division office, where they will verify your details and an OTP will be sent to your mobile. After entering the OTP, the process will be completed online. Wait for a day or two, and once your certificate is cleared, you will receive a message. After receiving the message, you can visit the office where you submitted your application to collect your concession certificate. You may need to provide the OTP one more time when collecting it.
