To be honest, my problem has now been completely resolved and my bank account has become fully active. All the issues were due to incomplete KYC. I have now completed my KYC in my own name, and my Aadhaar card and mobile number have also been updated. As you had rightly mentioned, my account had actually been closed earlier. I started the process on 15 December 2025, and by 18 December 2025 my account was fully reactivated. I have received my passbook and all related documents, and the account details are now correctly available in my name.
