Many, many thanks to Deepak Kumar, our younger brother from Siwan district of Bihar, who has become a shining light on our platform Hamari Vaani (Our Voice). It is our hope that he continues to spread this light and illumination. We are truly glad to know about his commitment and resolution. Those who have stopped listening to Hamari Vaani or have never even listened to it should definitely be inspired by this "Deepak" (which also means "lamp" in Hindi). They should adopt platforms like Hamari Vaani. Even if this platform doesn’t give you anything material, it certainly doesn’t take anything away from you either. All it asks for is just three minutes of your time — and that too, only if you’re willing; it never demands it forcibly. Isn’t that fair? This is a platform of the people, much like other apps on your smartphone. Just think: we easily spend an hour or more on our phones — whether it’s on Instagram, Facebook, or other such platforms that pull us in so deeply that we end up spending entire nights on them. At the very least, we should not forget our roots and old traditions. Because it’s these old values and practices that have given rise to the new. Remember: old is gold. As the Hindi proverb goes: "Naya nau din, purana sau din" (The new stays for nine days, the old lasts for a hundred). So embrace the old along with the new. Stay connected with social media, but don’t let it consume you. Stay within limits. Value your time. And whatever time you are wasting on unnecessary things, invest it in meaningful efforts — those that will bring you success. May God keep you all happy and help you reach your goals. May you all become self-reliant and stand firmly on your own feet. It truly felt great to hear about this resolution and your mention of Munna Lal Bharti and your friend Nitish Kumar, who gave you the number for Hamari Vaani.
