Bokaro: Kailash Giri called from Chandrapura, Bokaro to talk about the delay of delivery of funds from the PHD(Public Health Department) for various drinking water projects of Jal Sahiya in the region. He also said that the construction of sanitation toilets and other projects have been halted due to the delayed payment from the Government funds. He concluded commenting on the negligence of the PHD officials who have delayed the delivery of funds for the public welfare sanitation and water projects.
