Gridih: Laxman Prasad called from Dhanwar, Giridih district to talk about the delayed delivery of ADHAAR card in the region. He also talked about the Post Master's greedy procedures of charging thirty rupees from each card beneficiary before the delivery of the ADHAAR card. On protesting this, the accused Post Master has stopped entertaining any queries about delivery of ADHAAR cards. He concluded asking the Administration and the Governor of Jharkhand to look into such irregularities to bring transparency in delivery of ADHAAR cards.
