Deepak Kumar called from Birni, Giridih to talk about acute shortage of electricity as well as kerosene oil in the region he called from. He requested the concerned bodies to take a note of the pleas of the villagers to at least regularize supply of Kerosene oil to light their houses and also enable the students to study during night. He also plead for some additional supply of Kerosene oil for the students community so that irregular power supply don't hamper their studies.
