Rambali Rai from Samastipur, Bihar tells on the occasion of MGNREGA (rural employment guarantee scheme) Adhikaar Diwas that MGNREGA wage should be increased to Rs 600 and it should be 200 days of work. He has asked for work under the scheme from the village head but has not received work so far.
