On dated 16th April, 2024, Jharana Pursty, Sitapur Basti, Ward 37 registered feedback in IVRS that the pressure of supply water was low, duration was very short and the colour was muddy. We had uploaded in SAFA portal on same date. Today when we have seen in our SAFA dashboard that this feedback is taken action then we have coordinated with the concern beneficiary and she told that on day after, one officer had called and asked about the current situation in brief and in the first week of May we are getting sufficient clean supply water with high pressure which is helpful for us to store the Water.

Kabita Nayak from Radhakrushna Ka, Ward 16 was registered feedback in IVRS on 15th April 2024 that community sewerage chamber was checked and filled and it was uncleaned since last two month. That's why the households we're practiced open defecation. She requested to WATCO for cleaning the sewerage chamber. We had uploaded this feedback in SAFA portal, BMC on same date and today when we have seen that this feedback is taken action then we called to the Kabita and she shared that the sewerage line is cleaned now.

Lijunu Acharya, a pregnant lady from ward no 22, shared the importance of self-care during pregnancy in IVRS, She shared valuable insights on the need to drink more than 6 liters of water daily, which maintains our hydration and healthy pregnancy, the importance of consuming protein and hygienic foods, a balanced diet is essential for both the mother and baby and advised taking rest for at least 2 hours during the daytime and ensuring more than 6 hours of rest at night.

Sushma Pradhan, a resident of ward no 22, shared her voice on IVRS , how her family took care during her pregnancy journey. She mentioned that her sister-in-law and father-in-law both are bedridden due to paralysis, where the pregnancy adds an extra layer of responsibility and care within her family she expressed gratitude for the immense support that she receives from her family members. They take care of her needs, ensuring she can focus on her health and the well-being of her newborn child. They made change by switching from an Indian toilet to a Western one, making it easier and more comfortable for to use, especially during her pregnancy.

Saraswati Bhanja, a pregnant lady of ward no 22, shared on IVRS regarding her second pregnancy. She happily mentioned that she is currently five months, gets full support from her family members like cooking, cleaning and other housework so that she can focus on her health and well-being during this crucial time also expressed that sufficient water facilities and toilet provisions in her house premises. These have made her pregnancy journey more comfortable, as she doesn't have to worry about basic necessities and can prioritize her health and her baby's health.

Sandhya Maharana, ward no 22, shared on IVRS the critical need for nutrition among pregnant women. During pregnancy, both the mother and the developing baby require essential nutrients for optimal growth and development. The government supports by providing free monthly checkups and nutritious food because it’s important to maintain a balanced diet during pregnancy, These checkups monitor the health of the mother and baby.

Susanti Roula one of the sanitary worker of ward no 5 and 11, who lived in sriram nagar shared her voice on IVRS that previously she was working in puffed rice factory , but unfortunately it was closed as because I'm a single women, it impacts on my financial condition, if became difficult to arrange a single time food for a day, after some days I get the information about the engagement of swacchakarmi in BMC plant, and I have joined here and learn about the plastic segregation process and in the plant BMC take care of our responsibility, duty hour is 8 hours , we have the proper toilet and bathroom facility with the availability of detergent and soap, during segregation we are using mask , gloves and gun boot. Earlier their is no drinking water facility but now BMC provide us drinking water with one time snakes at morning time.
