Jitendra Kumar Hathi, a resident of Aiginia Bhoi Sahi in Ward 49, raised an issue via IVRS regarding the irregular cleaning of drains in the area. He pointed out that while these drains were previously cleaned regularly, there has been a lapse in maintenance over the last month. This negligence has led to the generation of mosquitoes and a strong foul odor from the drain, which creates discomfort and health hazards condition for the residents, especially for children and elderly persons. BMC should address this situation issue on a priority basis, clean the drain thoroughly, and spray mosquito oil.
