Madhusmita Mallick, a daughter-in-law of Sabar Sahi, Ward 46, shared her concerns on IVRS regarding the sanitation issues faced by her community. In their settlement, there are eight no of households that do not have individual toilet facilities. Due to this, all family members are forced to queue early in the morning to use the cluster toilet. However condition of the cluster toilet is poor: the doors are broken, and the water pipelines are damaged. This makes it very challenging to maintain hygiene and privacy, this situation is more difficult for vulnerable people, such as the elderly, adolescent girls, and newly married daughters-in-law, Concern is the urgent need for the renovation of the cluster toilet. By improving it’s condition would benefit the affected households, providing them with safer and more hygienic facilities. This renovation can remove the daily stress and discomfort experienced by these families, which leads to better health.

Anjana Manhotra from ward 42 shared her concerns on IVRS regarding the irregular and limited water supply in their settlement. She highlighted that this issue causes significant difficulties for the residents, as the majority depend on the supply water service. The timing of the water supply is not feasible for storing enough water, which is particularly challenging for the community, most of whom are domestic workers with demanding schedules. This situation underscores the urgent need for a more reliable and accessible water supply system to meet the daily needs of the residents in ward 42.
Jyoshnarani Nayak, SDA president of aiginia bhoi sahi ward no 49 shared that earlier we are registered a feedback on IVRS regarding the water testing, after that the water was collected by jalasathi and submitted in WATCO office, and the result also declared, the water is safe to use.
