Jayanti Mohana, an elderly woman from Dhirikuti Basti Ward 11, shared her feedback through IVRS. She mentioned that living in a low-lying area causes numerous problems during the rainy season. The wastewater completely entered her house, forcing her to safeguard her documents. The toilet also filled with water, making it unusable and leading to open defecation. These issues arose due to the lack of proper drainage. There is only one drain available, which is completely filled with waste and soil. During the rainy season, the wastewater overflows onto the road, causing problems for the community. She requested if the government takes action on this issue, it would greatly benefit the community.

Bandana Behera, from dhirikuti sahi ward 11 shared in IVRS that the supply water was not coming properly and the water also not sufficient for manage a family, in this summer season it's very difficult to manage, if the WATCO division provides water in time then it's helpful for everyone.

Sujata Dakua, from Dhirikuti Basti Ward 11 shared in IVRS that the drain was completely filled with waste, and rainwater was unable to go through the drain instead of draining the wastewater flows onto the road, if the issue is taken on a priority basis and clean it before monsoon then it benefited to each and every households of the community.

Reshma Begum, from Ambedkar Basti, Ward 16, shared in IVRS that their settlement faces severe irregularities in drink-from-tap service, with water being supplied only once every three to four days. It creates challenges in maintaining hygiene. During these difficult times. During these difficult times, those with private borewells on their plots provide temporary assistance, but this is not a permanent solution., and there are no alternative water sources available, if the WATCO division provides a tubewell facility, it would benefit the entire community, and alleviate their water scarcity issues.

Jayanta Sahoo, an elder from Mangala Sahi, Ward 37, shared in IVRS that their area has seen improvements in avoiding Waste dumping on the roadside and the area has been cleaned, concerning sanitation. Also, there is no issue with drinking water, which enhances the community's health. The construction of a sewerage line is currently underway, by which all members will connect toilet outlets, and avoid connecting the outlet to the drain, and prevent themselves from water-borne diseases. The only remaining task is the construction of the road. If it is completed before the monsoon season, it will prevent water stagnation and improve the living conditions of the community.
