After the microplanning meeting with MSF member Chandan Sahoo, he explained the mechanized desludging process with an affordable price, and as a result, the desludging was done at a lower cost.

Manjari Jena, an elderly of Trinath Sahi Ward 38, registered feedback about the desludging process. She mentioned that before the microplanning meeting, the desludging vehicle had charged high prices due to the narrow road that prevented the vehicle from entering the settlement, to clean the tank using pipes. However, after the microplanning meeting, the community awared about BMC vehicles, where they have to request desludging services through IVRS and QR code at least 2 to 3 days before of cleaning. Therefore, she wants to request mechanical desludging service by BMC vehicles.

Nalini Swain from Tapabana Lane Basti Ward 49 registered her feedback regarding the water scarcity, water was not supplied 24 hours and it will only provided 2 hours in a day.
Namita Sahoo, from Topabana Lane Basti ward 49 shared in IVRS that for last 8 days, the supply of water is not provided properly not even 2 hours a day, so it's a request through the IVRS to supply the water at least twice a day.
