Ajyodha Sethi from Mangala Nagar ward 20 shared in IVRS that in our previous review meeting, we discussed the mechanized desludging process by BMC. Now, the desludging has been completed at a lower cost as discussed in the meeting. If desludging is done in a single household, the charge is 900/-. If desludging is done in two households, the charge is 1800/-, which is an affordable price.
Satyabhama Sahoo registered her feedback in IVRS to clean the drain because they are living in a low-lying area. This causes waste water to enter inside the houses, so the drain needs to be cleaned.
