Kamini Bala Sarangi PwD parents said that our settlement has a drain but the drain was blocked due to waste dumping the drain water was overflow and the water entered our houses we have 2 elderly persons and one PwD person living we face skin diseases and mosquito problems we submitted the petition but they have no action for a drain clean if the drain was clean and the 50household will be benefited
