Kalpana Dutta from Balitota Sahi, Ward 38 reported in the IVRS that due to five to six households living in a low-lying area, rainwater was entering the houses. Although there was a storm drain available, it was fully covered with a slab, preventing the water from flowing properly. To address this issue, the residents manually created holes in the slab to allow the water to flow out during rainy times.
