Kaminibala Sarangi from Munda Biju Adarsa colony in ward 38 had previously registered feedback about the need for drain cleaning. An application was submitted to the Junior Engineer of BMC requesting the reconstruction or repair of the drain. This was necessary because 7 households, including households with persons with disabilities (PwD) and elderly members, were facing water logging issues. BMC was asked to resolve the problem to prevent the spread of dengue.
