Last week, on the 24th of July, 2024, in Gouda Sahi, a feedback was registered in the IVRS by Biswa Behera regarding a street light that had not been working for the past two months. On the 3rd of August, 2024, BMC called to know the detailed issue of the street light, and on the 5th of August, 2024, the street light was repaired and the issue was resolved.
