Ganeswar Bagarti, the Sanitary Inspector of Ward 38, mentioned in the IVRS that previously a pushcart was used for door-to-door waste collection. This led to unprocessed waste being dumped in the TTS. After several meetings, including the WCC and weekly meetings with BMC team, corporator, and CFAR staff, a resolution was discussed and submitted. At the end of the month, a meeting was organized with SSC, SDA of all settlements, WATCO division, BMC team, and CFAR team to address the issues arising in settlements due to the unavailability of waste collection vehicles. Following a review meeting through the corporator, an application was written, and a waste collection vehicle was allocated a month after the review meeting.
