Chakradhar Pradhan, ward 49 Topabana lane basti, shares an advice that he always call BMC vehicles for desludging process, but sometime due to our lake of knowledge volunteers cheats us, without full the vehicles they have taken away and says that the vehicle was full, but we have to know about the labeling mark of vehicle, where we can know the vehicle is full or not? If the volunteers doing such things then we can contact with BMC otherwise share the feedback on IVRS, and aware the people about this.
