Mamali from chitra, Boriguma saying about pickle recipe of ginger pickle . ingredients- Ginger-5ogrm, tamarind 4 to 5 , Fenugreek seed one spoon , red chilies powder 1 spoon, oil 50grm,mustard seed 1 spoon, chickpea 1 spoon, cumin 10 spoon, Red chilies 4 to 5. First clean ginger and cut it properly then grind it with tamarind . Add fenugreek seed and mustard seed powder , asetofoidia, red chilies ,and salt. Fry chickpea in one vessel then add ginger paste on that now it ready to eat.

Some people didn't idea about the benefits of gushberry. First we collect the amla and cutting piece by piece and drying the sunlight then keep it in a pot and mix sugar then keep one to two month then consume it. Whenever we wanted consume it.
