Hello everyone. Turmoil of a Mason. Every owners have tasted the taste of migrant workers. They worked hard for meagre amount. Lunch break is only for 10 minutes. They saty in the building itself. Now that they have left t their native, local workers are called now. Since the local workers dont have work, they are using the opportunity and asking us to come for the bonded labour wage. Because of no work even our workers are going. This is affecting every kind of wages. We have to go for half wage, three quarter wages thinking atleast let us get this. But this is not for good. We are not getting half time of work and with half wages, three quarter wages. How can we manage?? Govt should lift the economy first. If the lock down extends our life will be a question mark.
